Halloween approaches on your FVTropic Escape resort. Find out how to beat Baron Samedi and his wicked ghost spell with my guide. If you are at least level 8, you will see a pop-up inviting you to the Halloween Event!
Baron Samedi is bad news for your resort. He wants to take the entire island under his command and uses foul magic tricks to do so! It's up to you to find a way to nullify his dark spell upon the volcano and drive him away from the island.

• Make Dalquiris
• Make 3 Crab Rolls
• Make 4 Fried Rice
Baron Samedi is not happy with our meager offerings. I think you'll have to admit that what you gave him wasn't the best that you had to offer right? Well it seems at least we get a small token of thanks in return in the form of a nail.
Domingo realizes that the Baron is not a typical prankster. He's apparently the real deal and now you have to find a way to deal with his machinations.
FarmVille Tropic Escape Quest: Baron Samedi's Spell 2 of 6
• Harvest 20 Rice
• Gather 3 Calabash Gourd
• Find 1 Magic Bell
Note: Find Calabash Gourd by harvesting rice.
Finding the Magic Bell at Coral Reef:
The Magic Bell can be found at any of the exploration places. However, Coral Reef has the shortest timer with the same amount of drop rate luck alike the more longer exploration places. Considering the amount of times a player has to find the Magic Bells it is one of the best choices to use.
Here's a thing to consider while you are completing this quest. Sunshine will be handed to you left and right when using the Spirit Rattles on Baron Samedi. A player can only have 21 at a time(barring some special circumstances) so make sure to keep on eye on that Sunshine counter.
Baron Samedi is not going to be easily swayed with a few rice bowls and crab rolls. Time to see what he wants next...

• Make 8 Pina Coladas

• Find 3 Magic Bells
• Gather 9 Calabash Gourds
• Make 1 Spirit Rattle
Creating the Spirit Rattle:
Craft your Spirit Rattles at the Artisan Workshop. For now, simply craft the single Spirit Rattle. We'll need to make more in a bit. What you can do is craft as many as possible but do not remove them from the workshop until the next part of the quest. This way you'll get credit for the extra crafting.
We're awarded an anchor. Now it's time to start using up the Spirit Rattles on the Baron.
With our volcano loa spirit at risk we need to crack down on Baron Samedi. Which means we have to craft even more Spirit Rattles.
Here is why I mentioned before to not remove the Spirit Rattles from the workshop. This particular quest requires you to craft a total of 15.
Using the Spirit Rattles:
Here's how to find Baron Samedi in your FarmVille Tropic Escape game. He's a bit sneaky. Baron Samedi is next to the cabana(where you click to find an alliance) upon a set of drums. This is below the Wildlife Preservation.When you have your Spirit Rattle crafted then drag it over to him. At first he'll laugh as you target him but then he'll shake and roar in pain!
Once you've crafted your 15 Spirit Rattles the Baron will try one last time to cower you into submission. You're also awarded the Carnivorous Plant. Tap on it once to see what it does.
Where to find the Decorative Plant:
You'll find the plant in the store at the Decorations Tab. Note the Spooky Lawn Flamingos. They cost 5000 a piece but are pretty cute for deco pieces. If you tap on them once they'll change color!

• Use 50 Spirit Rattles on Baron Samedi
The good news is that technically you completed the initial quest. This is the bonus portion of it which will award 5 Treasure Keys. Another note is that the 15 Spirit Rattles you've already crafted also count toward the 50 needed. Which means only 35 more to go!
Once you've crafted all 50 Spirit Rattles and used them upon Baron Samedi you'll be rewarded with the treasure keys as well as a small cutscene.
