A Sandcastle Competition has arrived on your farm in FarmVille 2: Country Escape! There are two stages to compete against other Farmers for the top 5 positions.
For the sake of mobile users visiting the site I will split the mini-guide into two parts: Quests and Crafting
The Sandcastle Competition opens up for Players at Level 12 but in order to craft everything the event has to offer you'll need to be at least Level 18. This competition has 2 stages, giving you a total of 12 days to compete against other Farmers for the top leader-board position and complete the Sandcastle Competition quests.
Rewards for the competition depends on what tier you place in for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold. The Bronze tier will receive 1 Silver Stamp, 1 Padlock, and 5 Golden Gloves. The Silver tier will receive 1 Gold Stamps, 2 Padlocks, and 10 Keys. The Gold tier will win the Beach Dog, a permanent farmhand which can be upgraded(IF you win in the Gold tier again) in the second stage.
This is the order board. Each Sandcastle Stage let's you do 3 orders at a time. Each item requested on the board will have a different timer. Choose wisely. Notice the boosts? There are two that offer 50% Seashell Points for coins or 100% Seashell Points for keys. The prices for each will depend on what your current player level is at the time of purchase. If you're serious about trying to win then you will need to have at least the 50% boost.
FarmVille 2: Country Escape Sand Castle Event Quests
Start off the quests by clicking on the "Let's Go!" button.
Castles in the Sand: 1 of 6
- Visit the Sand Shack once
- Uses a Boost
- Earn 250 Seashell Points
50 bonus Seashell Points for you!
While you are racking up points there is a meter called the Beach Tote Bonus. Every time the bar is filled up you will be awarded something extra. In my case I was awarded 600 Seashell points bonus. Results will vary on future Beach Tote Bonuses
Start off the quests again by clicking on the "Let's Go!" button.
Castles in the Sand: 2 of 6
- Find 1 Vanilla Frosting
- Find 2 Crushed Ice
- Make 10 Flour
100 bonus Seashell Points for you!
Castles in the Sand: 3 of 6
- For some reason this quest skipped ahead as if I had completed it and went straight to the completed portion. Apologies but it does reward 200 Seashell Points
Start off the quests again by clicking on the "Let's Go!" button.
Castles in the Sand: 4 of 6
- Find 5 Vanilla Frosting
- Craft 2 Seahorse Cookies
- Craft 3 Starfish Pancakes
300 bonus Seashell Points for you!
Castles in the Sand: 4 of 6
- Complete 4 Event Orders
- Earn 750 Seashell Points
- Use 2 Boosts
400 bonus Seashell Points for you!
Castles in the Sand: 6 of 6
- For some reason this last quest also skipped ahead as if I had completed it and went straight to the completed portion. Apologies but it does reward 500 Seashell Points
Here are some random prizes that you can earn with the Beach Tote Bonus. So far I haven't seen anything different then coins, points, and craft materials.
